Greetings Jeannine;

I was reading over the THE DISSEMINATION OF GOVERNMENT *GEOGRAPHIC DATA IN
CANADA** GUIDE TO BEST PRACTICES (
http://www.geoconnections.org/publications/Best_practices_guide/html/toc_e.html).
I was looking for information regarding the Province of Ontario and
discovered that the following section was incomplete. Do you know if there
has been any follow-up from CCOG's working group? Also, is there a federal
expert or working group that citizens can consult regarding geomatics
licensing, copyright, IP etc.?
**4.3.4 Provincial/Territorial Statutory and Policy Constraints on
Disposition of Crown Intellectual Property** *

[TO COMPLETE WITH INPUT FROM CCOG WORKING GROUP]
Sincerely
Tracey
