What I'd like right now:

Census data
Transit schedules and stops
Street features (speed limits, one-ways, stop signs, # of lanes, bike
lanes, speed bumps, etc)
Accident data: times, locations and modes of transport involved
Sewage and storm water drains capacity
Fine-grained digital elevation models

There are various ways to recombine all this data :)
