Sadly, "We are sorry the page you requested does not exist. " is the
message you get when clicking on Canada from:
http://www.geonames.org/postal-codes/

So I'm infringing that database as we speak; if all goes well I'll
have the full database of Canadian postal codes by the end of the day
for anyone that wants a copy.

Next up: EDIDs. About that, does anyone have any current postal codes
for which there is more than one EDID?
