Usability is horrible; all the more so for people with screen readers.

They publish the list of votes in XML, instead of an RSS feed.

It's a sign of openness though; maybe one day we'll see Hansards
published as XML? They are stored that way (or generated before being
transformed to HTML), so it would cost next to nothing to do so.
