[CivicAccess-discuss] Data cathedrals and data bazaars?

That is a pretty good question!  I would go for the bazaar if there was a
way to aggregate the government releases from the local into one place.
Just like libraries develop the means to interoperate their catalogues so
that we can search in multiples places in one go.  It would also mean the
data would be well documented at the source but shared with the whole via an
interoperable aggregator / portal that facilitates 1 stop shopping and eases
discover ability.  That way we reach many more people, the not particularly
web savvy who however may be great data analysts and/or users.

Thoughts?
