Hello from Italy!
The deadline for submission is sept 13th through the consultation website.
I am working on th eposition paper for libraries, I am proposing some
interesting language for open access to gvmt data & documents... I
encourage individuals and representatives from organisations to submit
their own thoughts and position papers to the copyright website....
