[CivicAccess-discuss] Advice converting geogratis data to Google format

For Google Maps, I'd try ogr2ogr or some of the other tools that now
exist for "Shapefile to KML conversion".

Although you don't need KML for Google Maps it does support it and as
a bonus you'd get Google Earth too.
