The Guardian has done some really interesting data democratization, also
note the UK Government, the Ordinance Survey in particular, has the most
restrictive licensing policies and the strictest cost recovery policies.
hmmm! The UK is the worst so openstreetmap and UK Guardian open data
practices were created, and the US has the least restrictive with free data
and lots of visualization innovation, and Canada, we are in between, and
well, ...
