Just a quick note to let you guys (and gals) know that we are planning a
WhereCamp Montreal on October 23rd 2009, right after the Géomatique 2009
conference (http://www.geomatique2009.com/home.html).

We are currently booking location (most likely at the same place as
BarCamp Montreal, the Société des Arts Technologiques, or maybe on a
University campus, McGill would be great).

This is something I have been trying to make happen for the last 2 years
after my first WhereCamp in 2008. We are happy to welcome you all in
Montréal, just before the winter really kicks in, hoping to see
friends from abroad (and expats too!) in our city.
