[CivicAccess-discuss] The Hunt For COINS -

This is a really interesting post about access to a public dataset which may
reveal key information about how government spends in the UK.  It includes a
number of FOI requests, and meetings.  The author is now looking for some
people to help her try to find out more about this government transparency
dbase, what is in it and how to get it!
