Teressa Scassa is pretty awesome and has been doing some great research in
this area.

I would have like to see some academics, some subject matter specialists
(scientists, geomaticians, librarians), and reps from other jurisdictions
such as the province or a city, but it is a start. I also heard that they
will be more open with their next meetings, the first was yesterday and I
hope they will invite specialists and will create some working groups on
specific issues. I also hope we will see some resources directed toward
funding research in this area and capacity building and support for the
grassroots and young entrepreneurs.

not its reality" it is the "wish image of the collective".
